You got 48% so you are not eligible for Jee Mains also. So you have to repeat 12th. You can give improvement exam also. For mains minimum %age required for general category is 75% and for obc 65%

Me 12th exam ek baar aur dene ke baad kya me jee main ka advance ka exam de sakta hu kya.
Yes u can give both the exams but if you will get 75% then only. So try your best u can do.
