In case of general category 560 marks is not a high score for SN medical College but as you mentioned you belong to sc category then there are chances for you to get in this college.

In case of general category the cut off doesn't go beyond 5k all india rank. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
