If you are in your final year, then you are eligible to apply for entrance examinations for M.Com. in various universities. You can mention in the form that results have not been declared yet. Usually, this option is given during registration, owing to the fact that different universities announce results at different times.
You can provide your provisional degree in the office whenever the result is released.
