Hello.
Basically at the time of form filling for JEE mains it doesn't matter what you wrote appeared ,appearing etc.
After having result from JEE mains, at the time of admission when you show your marksheet of class 12th then it matters that when you completed your class 10 + 2. So you don't need to bother about this you actually are appearing for class 12th it will be counted in appearing if you are going to give improvement examination next year, but at the time of admission you will have to show your both the marksheet.
