Sir my JEE main percentage is 60 then can I got government engineering College in Indore and my rank is 287574 in OBC category

thanks for asking your query , as far your rank is considered in category in jee mains 2019 you cannot get any college in Indore through the josaa counselling,therefore you should apply for other engineering college because your chances are less in josaa counselling.
