With 60 k rank you can get lower branch in some lower nits . It would be very difficult to get any good branch in any good or average nits, the chances are thin. But still you can try for some nits like nit Mizoram, Manipur, other north east nits. There are possibilities to get something good till last round of counseling.
You can even try for other colleges that accept jee mains marks , ex some gfti's like bits mesra,etc in pure private sector like thapar.
