hello Ok,

With the above mentioned rank in SC category its too low to go anywhere near these colleges forget about taking admission in good branch though you might get a Chance in DTU or NSIT in mathematical computing though that chances too seems a bit low but there are still option in private affliated colleges if you want to persue engineering though i won't recommend to go for them and take 1 more chance to prepare and give the exam.

Sorry for the disappointing answer but i highly recommend to take one more chance and if already taken then look for different fied other than engineering.
