Cse is the most sought after branches in vit and with 15963 rank it is definitely tough to get a seat in vit  in both the campuses , also you might get IT in chennai campus, this prediction is based entirely on previous years analysis which are not permanent so it might be possible for you to get cse in chennai campus in category 1(meagre chances), also in category two you can get cse and it  in vit  chennai and IT in vit vellore(in category 2).

Congratulations on securing a good rank. I think it will be very difficult to get a CSE seat in vellore campus since the demand is very high. However, you can get a CSE seat if there are any admission droppages.
