You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am  assuming  you from general category

In Neet 2019, 518 marks for general category was the lowest matks to get a seat in a government medical college under West Bengal State quota and it was for
COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL .

But, cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should get at around  550 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination
