As this year NEET cut off is high as compared to last year. Your marks will not be able you to get a medical seat from All India Quota counselling. Only 15% seats are available in All India Quota. Rest 85% are for respective states. You have not mentioned your category. So considering of unreserved category students, it will be difficult to get a seat. You can surely try for your respective state counselling.
