Sir, Right now I am in private engineering college pursuing my B.tech. I have given my 2nd sem exam and going forward in 3rd sem.

You can reapply based on MHTCET scores in 2018.

And you shall have to again start from first year.

This means you are simply wasting 1 year which is not preferable.

You need to again rewrite exams from Semester 1 and 2.

If your getring top collegrs like COE Pune, ICT, VJTI onky then you should think of changing college.
