Hi aspirant, NO need to worry if you didn't qualify NEET exam . You go for MCAT exam and TOEFL/IELTS exam for english proficiency. According to your MCAT score you have to apply for Medical school.

From this Year (2018), MCI has made it mandatory to qualify in NEET for Indian students, aspiring to MBBS from Abroad.

Here, it is necessary to understand, no foreign University requires NEET for Admission, but if you wish to appear for License Exam on returning to India, you must qualify your NEET before joining the Foreign Medical University.
