As far as AMU and BHU is considered, both are really good universities but as far the environment is considered, it is more or less politically polarized in various ways.
So , if you want to do B.Sc , I will suggest you to go for BHU as it has better facilities and study environment when compared with AMU. At the end of the day, it depends on your choice with which you are most comfortable.
