PMSSS is a Prime Ministers Special Scholarship Scheme.If you want to study B.V.Sc NEET is a mandatory entrance examination although some states have there own veterinary entrance exam for admission in bvsc course like rajasthan have RPVT and Uttar Pradesh have up veterinary entrance exam.
