PMSSS is a Prime Ministers Special Scholarship Scheme.If you want to study B.V.Sc NEET is a mandatory entrance examination although some states have there own veterinary entrance exam for admission in bvsc course like rajasthan have RPVT and Uttar Pradesh have up veterinary entrance exam. PMSSS only gives Scholarship for pursuing Education. NEET is a National Level Entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary Courses across India.

So if the state in which you belong they take neet for veterinary admission so you must qualify to take the admission and get scholarship under pmsss.
