Sirhelp I select in Dtu but I can't afford fees so I have3 opt 1.study B.sc open or drop one yr to prep andstudy civil engg by Gitam jhajhr

If you want to study b. SC and have interest in that go for it. 

Studying civil engineering in gitam jhajhr is not a good option since the placements is not good enough. Giving a drop you can try for other government colleges which also better placement and lower fees structure
