Sir,I got 160 marks in jee mains April exam.And I got 92 percentile in her main January attempt. So can I get a best branch in mnit,jaipur

No. Mnit Jaipur CSE closes at less than 5000 rank for both HS quota and OS quota. At 160 your rank would be somewhat around 15-16k so CSE at MNIT JAIPUR is difficult. But you can try for Electrical and mechanical for sure.

Cut offs depend upon rank, which varies with courses and colleges. 

For MNIT Jaipur, for branches like Computer Science, Electronics and Communication and Mechanical Engineering, the cut offs are below (please keep in mind that these are trends based on previous year cut offs, not exact cut offs):
