sir,i have course completion certificate and i cleared all the backlogs of B.E but certificates are still pending to receive from the university.shall i attend the campus interview of tcs.

They check all of your marksheets at the time of joining. If the result for a particular semester is not yet declared, then only you will be exempted from producing the mark sheet of that particular semester. You can produce it later when your Initial Learning Program ends. If you have backlogs , you will not be allowed to join TCS.
Please do not do something silly and stupid like producing fake marksheets. Do not worry, just write to the ilp team when you get your joining. I am sure you would clear your backlogs and have a smooth joining. All the best :)
