Hi Mohit,

This is generally due to either some technical glitch or network error. Logout once and then again login into your account to check if the issue is still there. Mostly this doesn't happen, but it this issues is still there, then try reaching out to NTA through the contact numbers available on their site. You can also raise a query there.
