sir,i scored 70% in all semester but in one semester I scored 59% due to medical problem ,am i eligible for the NITmca entrance exam

Yes, you are still eligible for NIT MCA entrance test as per 2018 notification stating that you need to have 60% in aggregate of all subjects. Since your previous semester results had been good, a bit lower percentage in one of the semesters would not matter.

Do not worry, your eligible to appear in NITMCA entrance exam because eligibility criteria is to score overall 60% marks in 3 years of graduation from a recognized University with Mathematics / Statistics / Business Maths. as one of the subjects in any one semester/year, both in graduation and at 10+2 level are eligible. And separatly semester marks do not matters.

As per the eligibility to apply for NIMCET Entrance Exam you should have minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA score in aggregate of all subjects as a General Category & SC/ST category candidates need to obtain at least 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA score on a 10 point scale in aggregate.
