Here is a list of all government medical college in Rajasthan and their respective cut offs for admission in the previous year for the OBC category under the State quota. You seem to have a fair chance of admission here in various colleges if you score around 560

Also, he might have got a seat in a subsequent counselling/ mop up round.

Also as the paper was easier this year. Cut off is expected to be higher than last year.
