Sorry but with this score you won't get a govt medical college. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in govt medical colleges. However if you belong to reserved category than you can get a private medical college based upon your scores

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical or dental college in odisha even through state quota are mild.however you might land up in a private college.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

According to your score, you have qualified the exam, but getting a seat depends on the competition and the number of seats available.
