You did payment for the form you were filling. What's the mistake you have done here? If you need your form to be submitted you should definitely do payment. Payment via which bank,which device is not considered. You were filling the form for submission itself right. If not in 2nd step, payment is compulsory even it's in 3rd step. So, please let us know what is troubling you here?
