sir/mam, if i withdraw frm 2nd round of upsee counseling... how will i get my registration fee back...plz reply...20000 ka sawal hai

it ll be transferred in ur account frm which u have done the transaction

You are not going to get whole money back. 2000 rupees will be deducted per round and remaining money will be transferred to your account.

when you will choose withdrawal options they will ask automatically about account details.
