Hello,

There is no need to worry. The marks in JEE Mains is the one that is enough to apply for JEE Advanced. The cut-off for OBC Category is 74.3166557 and your son has 91 percentile. So obviously your son can apply for JEE Advanced starting registration on 3rd May 2019.

There is no consideration of Class 12 marks for JEE Advanced Application.
