so I have 2 questions.1 Can I do my Ty directly on the basis of 12th marksheet. 2 I wanna do psychology so should I do it from the arts stream or science which will be beneficial I just want a degree.

1. You have to take admission in the first year of your desirable course, pass the exams and get promoted to second year and then a year after you will be in your third year.


2. As a matter of fact psychology can be done from any stream and a certain amount of laboratory teaching will always be there. However, Psychology is a behavioral science. It requires firm knowledge of Biology since these both deal with human beings.So it would be better to go for science stream rather than arts. This would get you more practical knowledge and field exposure. And then you can either go for higher studies or opt for professions such as psychiatrist, research scholar, customer analysis, industrial psychologist and lecturing and educational services. In government sector also you have a wide range of scope such as psychoanalysis expert, mental health counsellor and many more.
