Solving as much as  mock test of neet is very beneficial for you in your exam as you will get the idea of questions level and exam pattern. You will also get the idea of time management. But if you are solving mock test with the thinking that you will get most of the same questions then you are wrong. It is very difficult that you will get the same questions that you have solved in your mock test. You can get 3-4 identical questions but not most of them.
