If you get 50 marks in Jee Main, your rank will be around 2,50,000. The qualifying marks is the cut off marks. The cutoff for unreserved candidates stays around 85 to 90 marks. Though cutoff changes every year. This is just an assumption based on previous years. So if you want to be eligible to for Jee Advanced, you need to score around 100 marks at least.
