Yes, TC or Transfer Certificate is required for taking admission in any of the graduation program. It shall also be demanded during your mbbs admission as one of the important documents as part of college admission.
You speak to the college authorities of BA and request them to hand you over the TC to you and provide you as fast as possible. The faster you receive the document, the better it will be for you to submit in the date of mbbs counselling.
Every College has its own set of rules with respect to college admission and furnishing of documents. Some colleges offer a certain amount of time to deposit the document in the Institute, while others demand for the document right away at the time of college admission.
