Mop Up round is basically: The net vacant seats due to non-joining, non-reporting are published in the seat matrix.
Eligible candidates have to submit fresh choices and
result will be processed as per choice and merit.

Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 2nd round of the seat allotment and have submitted fresh choices as per the vacancies
shown before the second round of counseling are eligible for this round.
