Dear Abhijeet , MCA and Msc are almost same that specializes you in computer studies or science , but they have some minor differences as follows:
1. MCA's syllabus is vast and bigger than Msc. That's why MCA is of 3 years while Msc is for 2 years.
2. The syllabus of MCA is more practical than Msc.
3. For pursuing PHd and for govt. jobs , MSc is better than MCA , as its theories will come handy. But for jobs in MNCs , MCA is better.

which is better in MCA.. distance education or regular, bt i can't leave my job... what shoud i do??
