Today I paid Rs.5,000/- towards the counselling fees for B.Tech in VIT. The acount was deducyed from my account. However, I have not received any communication from VIT. Moreover, I am not able to select the preferred branches. Please do let me know, how I can get a confirmation about the payment.

If the amount has been debited from your account, we would suggest you to wait for atleast 24 hours before you try the Choice locking. If you are still not able to access it and you do not receive any communication from VIT, please make another payment. The initial payment will be refunded to your Account within 5-7 business days. Sometimes there might be server issues due to which payments though deducted from the bank account, do not reflect on the Application. So give it time until tomorrow. Alternatively, you can also reach out to the helpdesk at: ugadmission@vit.ac.in from your registered Email id. Please mention the Application number, transaction details in your mail. They will help you regarding the next course of action.
