In biology there are total 93 seats out of which  63 seats are for Unreserved candidates . Since your rank is 246 it is really difficult for you to get  admission in presidency university. I would however suggest you to wait til; the counselling is done and over with because you might still be called for counselling but getting called for counselling and getting a seat are different things.
