VIT Bhopal is a new institution and there are no records available about it's placements. It can be assumed that it will be similar to VIT Vellore which is pretty good. But you cannot depend on assumptions. Though the faculty is supposed to be good as all doctorate faculty is recruited in the campus.
While on the other hand PICT Pune is considered very good for CSE and IT. The faculty and placement records are decent. I think it will be a better option.
