Hi,

Hope you are doing great.

The basic eligibility to apply for EAMCET is that:

Candidate must be Indian nationals, POI.
The candidate should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates should satisfy the local/ non-local status of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

As you stated above that you belong to Tamil Nadu. So you are not eligible to apply for EAMCET due to nationality.
