No need of paying any fee to go for second couselling you can directly attend web counselling ,and if you got any seat in first couselling if you would like to hold your seat then you need to do all payment process to hold your seat that's it no need to pay any money for second couselling if you willing to attend

ReplyCMRN is not that bad college even I did my graduation over there with good infrastructure and faculty and really with good placements
But AP and TS are two different states take decision yourself whether to go for counseling in AP or to take admission here.if you would like to hold your seat then you can by paying and doing all process,
If you got good college in AP and like to join then you will loose all amount to paid for ts seat they will not repay you then only transfer to other colleges that to in TS only so decided your self if you have hope you will get good College in AP then give up on ts or go for ts

Dear Rohith, If TS EAMCET counselling asked for the registration fee for 2ND Counselling then YES and if you already pay your 1st counselling then maybe No for more Information you may contact to Counselling office.

If you have already done 1 St phase counseling then there is no need to pay. If you didn't 1st phase counseling then you have to pay and go for certificate verification at help centres.
