In order to validate candidature in the KCET one needs to pay the one-time counseling fee for all the consecutive rounds of the counseling to the KCET governing body. This payment needs to be made while applying for the KCET counseling after the counseling form is filled up and the preferred colleges are selected. No payment needs to be made to the governing body of KCET further this payment regarding counseling.

Thus Ayub, you shouldn't give money for the third round counseling of KCET 2019.
