I must say you need to get an aggregate of 90+ in pcm for bsc(hons) in chem and phy . For bsc(hons mathematics you have to maintain an aggregate of 90+ in 4 subject pcm+ a language..so technically if you are capable to score 90 in each subject then its great ..ps:for general students

For admission in real, you need to score above 85 percent atleast for general category. The admission in physics Hons in Delhi university depends on the aggregate percentage of PCM of the student. You need a minimum of 90 percent in PCM so as to get admission in off campus college of Delhi university, for North campus, you need a PCM percentage of 95%.
Maths honors is also a popular course and it's cutoff is also high. In admission gor Maths honors, your aggregate percentage of Best four subjects is taken into account.
Your BFS should be more than 90% to get into Delhi university. You would get a good college if and only of your BFS exceeds 94%.
