I hope the food will be better in ANNA University
But it all depends on person.In general there are no bounds for quality of food in the campus.

Its surely a well known college, as for my contacts from south the food is healthy , they even provide non-veg , provided you are a non vegetarian.

Anna university is a well known university and is well recognised for its quality education and hostel life so I don't think that food is unhealthy.
