It depends on your interest also.......but you have secured a good rank in jee main 2017 that will fetch you some NITs/IIITs with good branches.You should take part in josaa counselling and try to attend all rounds.I assure you that you will get NITs......apart from NITs you have chances to get top private colleges based your rank

Firstly, congratulations for securing that rank and also definitely, you'll get into top IITs/NIT's. My suggestion is you to go for josaa counseling and if not in 1st round you'll definitely get best college in last round. Be confident. Definitely, you'll get into one.
