There is a set of eligibility criteria that you're required to fulfill before you apply for NEET-UG.
You can check them out on the official website of CBSE.
Once the results are declared, you'll be asked to appear for counseling and seat allotment will be done based on your merit.

For admission to. Medical colleges you hve to appear and qualifu the National eligibility cu m entrance test or neet the details of which is available at cbseneet. nic.in

For getting admitted to mbbs , you need to give and qualify neet ug exam with the minimum percentile given in notification.
However there is separate exam for aiims and jipmer..
