In EAMCET, Mathematics carries more weightage than Physics and Chemistry, so ignoring a single chapter is not advisable. Calculus itself is an important topic in Mathematics section in EAMCET. Some topics in EAMCET such as Limits and Continuity, Partial Differentiation, Mean Value Theorems, Definite Integrals, Integration, Differential Equations are some important topics which carry more weightage.
