Ravi, according to https://www.afmc.nic.in/admissions/AFMC%20MBBS%20Information%20Brochure%20%202019.pdf, in the medical fitness test:

You should be free from any severe deformity or mal developments.
There should be no impediment of speech
No functional or organic failure of heart or other organs
No Pulmonary TB

You can check the complete information at the official website: https://www.afmc.nic.in/admissions/AFMC%20MBBS%20Information%20Brochure%20%202019.pdf from page 21 . Regarding Long sight you haven't mentioned the vision you have. But please go through the following table:
