What happen when Grignard reagent is added to ethyne??????

Dear student,
Ethyne or acetylene is C2H2 while grignard reagent is represented as R-MgX. For example, if bromine is the halogen used in place of X, will lead to the formation of acetylenic grignard's reagent which are lowered in reactivity .
