Hey Shubham,

Now that is not a normal mistake. You have to be really careful while submitted the documents. If the document is false or wrong, you may get disqualified. It is not probable that they'll call you for it. You can contact the office and write a letter of apology, maybe then you can be allowed to submit the correct document.
