What happens if you fail in one of the two improvement exams?Is the improved marksheet worthless now?

Hello,

No it's not worthless.

If you fail in any suvject then your previous attempt of that subject in class 12th board exam will be considered for calculating percentage of class 12th.And hence it will not be reflected on the improvement marksheet of class 12th.
