what I write in Place of 'Government of...... ' in EWS certificate. I am applying for jee mains and have Domicile of Uttar-Pradesh and State of Eligibility is Rajasthan

You are supposed to write Uttar Pradesh there in the EWS certificate as your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh.

Since, the EWS Certificate will not be used only for JEE Mains, this will be used for all other future references. So, it will contain " Government of Uttar Pradesh ".
