what if i failed to produce my ews certificate at time of neet state counselling can i apply to state counselling through general category

See if you get a seat on the basis of EWS certificate then if you don't produce the certificate then the admission will be cancelled. Now if you get a seat on the basis of General category then it will be ok but if you want to get a seat under the EWS reservation then you have to produce the ews certificate mandatorily.
