Master in Management studies is a full time post graduate course whereas Post graduate Diploma in Management is a diploma course. The earlier being a degree course will always have more prefernece than PGDM. Howver, nowadays what travel companies are looking for while hiring organiusers is the amount of knowldge you possess rather than the course which you have opted for. SO any of the above courses will be okay however, if you get an admission for MMS, I would suggest that you go for it rather than going for PGDM!
