Salary depends on many factors like your skills, the instituelte from which you have studies, the field of specialisation etc. Now if you have studied from some good colleges then you will definitely get high package. Also your skills matters a lot. You have to not just think about salary but the value you add to the company. Your career scope and prospects right after a MBA are directly proportional to the quality of Institute you take admission into.

In case you pursue MBA from some of the Top Management Institutes like IIMs, IITs, MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR, NMIMS, JBIMS, FMS DELHI, XLRI, XIMB,IMT Ghaziabad and many others, you can expect a minimum package anywhere around 15-20 LPA after graduation, with the number exceeding to 25-30+ LPA if you pursue it from Top IIMs or XLRI.
